1、 Elimination method of wave soldering without left and right action
The conditions of normal left and right movement of wave soldering nozzle are as follows:
1. The inlet sensor is normal; 2. The chain speed sensor is normal; 3. The starting action sensor of nozzle is normal; 4. The travel control sensor is normal; 5. All control relays are normal; 6. The solenoid valve operates normally; 7. The system circuit is normal; 8. The PLC control circuit operates normally; 9. The air supply is normal.
Inspection method of whether the wave soldering nozzle moves left and right:
1. The entrance sensor and chain speed sensor are mostly photoelectric sensors. The normal inspection method is to make the sensor sense the signal by hand or other objects, and then confirm whether the corresponding input signal indicator of PLC is on. If the light is on, it means that the sensor circuit is normal.
2, (1.3 to 1.6) project confirmation: turn off the gas source, open the manual spray switch, and push the cylinder piston movement with the hand. When the sensor reaches the sensor position, the sensor will get the signal output voltage to control the relay action, and then the electromagnetic valve will act. At this time, if you touch the solenoid valve with your hand, you will feel the vibration generated by its contact closing or releasing (you can also hear the sound of contact action). If the action of the solenoid valve is normal, this part of the condition is OK.
3. For PLC control circuit, the voltage can be detected by multimeter. You can also use the exclusion method to confirm that if the 1 or 2 sensors and lines are normal, if the manual spray OK is automatically sprayed on NG, then the PLC control system will be abnormal.
4. For the confirmation of system circuit and gas source items: use a multimeter or visual inspection.
